  Causes of lubricant contamination:

  1.The first hazard of lubricating oil pollution is the pollution of water emulsification, which reduces oil viscosity and wear resistance. At the same time, it will cause the oxidation and deterioration of oil products to destroy the oil film formed by hydraulic oil and make the effect of hydraulic oil worse. Accelerate the corrosion of organic acids to metals. The corrosion equipment makes the additives (especially metal salts) hydrolyze and fail.

  2.Pollution of solid dust particles in lubricating oil. Dust particle clogging system protects filter element online, which causes hydraulic components to be stuck and clogged, and catalysts for oil oxidation. Particles are the main factors causing deposition and clogging, while 10 micron particles play a leading role in wear and tear of equipment parts.

  3.Lubricating oil and gas pollution, the bubbles in the oil are extruded and cracked during the flow process to release heat, which makes the local oil temperature rise rapidly, and then combusts with oxygen in the bubbles to produce carbon dioxide, water and carbon powder. Carbon dioxide forms carbonate when it meets water, which pollutes equipment. Carbon powder blackens oil, releases high temperature from combustion, breaks long molecular chains and enlarges the distance between molecules, which reduces oil viscosity and reduces oil performance. At the same time, water pollution will be generated, which will enter a vicious circle and cause serious damage to the system. Gas content in oil is also an important factor causing instability of equipment, but now it is generally ignored. At present, the state has not issued a unified standard to calibrate the air pollution level.

  Our company's lubricating oil vacuum oil filter adopts the filtering mode of more than four filters, which can separate and filter impurities with large to small particle size. Particle size impurities less than 1 micron are excluded. Especially for emulsified oils, special dehydration materials are used to dehydrate and remove impurities and reduce the new color of oils.
