1、 What is a hydraulic oil station?

4、 How to prevent water from entering into the lubricating oil in the hydraulic oil station.
Once there is water in the hydraulic system, it is very difficult to deal with it. In the process of normal use, we can only adhere to the strategy of "prevention" to minimize the safety threat caused by water.
1. Drain water in time. It is recommended to open the water valve to drain water every three days.
2. Strengthen the sealing measures of the hydraulic system, and add water-proof sealing device to the hydraulic pump, valve, oil cylinder and other parts to prevent moisture from entering.
3. For excavators working in wet and watery areas in South China, it is necessary to install a dryer on the breathing hole of hydraulic oil tank to prevent water vapor from entering.
4. Waterproof measures shall be taken during maintenance in rainy days. Try not to replace hydraulic components and hydraulic oil in rainy days.
5. According to the analysis of the actual situation, such a large amount of water can only enter from the oil filler of the hydraulic oil tank, which may be caused by misoperation. The hydraulic oil tank cover of the machine is a simple rotary type, without protection lock. In order to avoid reoccurrence of misoperation, it is decided to install protective lock on the hydraulic tank cover.
5、 What is the waste water form of hydraulic oil station system?
The wastewater from lubricating oil entering hydraulic oil station mainly comes from petroleum, petrochemical, steel, coking, gas generation station, mechanical processing and other industrial departments. The relative density of oil pollutants in wastewater is less than 1, except that of heavy tar is above 1.1. Oil substances usually exist in three states in wastewater:
(1) Floating on the oil, the particle size of the oil drop is more than 100 μ m, which is easy to be separated from the wastewater.
(2) Dispersed oil. The particle size of the oil drop is between 10-100 μ m, which floats in the water.
(3) Emulsified oil, the particle size of oil drop is less than 10 μ m, which is not easy to separate from wastewater. Due to the great difference of oil concentration in the waste water discharged by different industrial departments, for example, the oil content in the waste water produced in the refining process is about 150-1000mg / L, the tar content in the coking waste water is about 500-800mg / L, and the tar content in the waste water discharged from the gas generation station is up to 2000-3000mg / L.
6、 Treatment of lubricating oil entering waste water in oil station.
The treatment of the lubricating oil entering the wastewater in the hydraulic oil station should first use the oil separator to recover the floating oil or heavy oil, the treatment efficiency is 60% - 80%, and the oil content in the effluent is about 100-200mg / L; the emulsified oil and dispersed oil in the wastewater are difficult to be treated, so the emulsification phenomenon should be prevented or reduced. One of the methods is to reduce the emulsification of the oil in the wastewater during the production process; the other is to reduce the times of lifting the wastewater with the pump as much as possible to avoid increasing the emulsification degree during the treatment process, which is usually treated by air flotation and demulsification.
