1. Use of quenched oil filter:
Quenching oil filter vacuum oil filter adopts vacuum heating separation, four-stage filtration dehydration degassing and impurity removal function. Mainly deal with unqualified machinery oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, refrigeration oil and other industrial lubricants. It is suitable for the purification and regeneration of various lubricants in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway and other industries.
2. Properties of quenching oil: The cooling capacity of oil is insufficient in the range of 550-650 ~C, the average cooling rate is only 60-100 C/s, but in the range of 200-300 ~C, the slow cooling rate is very suitable for quenching. Oil used for quenching alloy steel and small section carbon steel can not only obtain satisfactory hardenability and hardenability, but also prevent cracking and reduce deformation. In order to meet the technological requirements of heat treatment, quenching oil should have the following characteristics: 1) higher flash point to reduce the risk of fire; 2) lower viscosity to reduce the loss caused by oil attachment to the workpiece; 3) not easy to oxidize, stable performance, in order to slow down aging and prolong service life.
3. Start-up steps of gear oil pump of quenched oil filter:

Prepare gear oil pump before starting:
1. To test whether the motor steering is correct (with the direction indicated on the pump body), the test time should be shorter so as not to cause dry wear and tear of the grinding parts caused by the internal rotation of the pump due to non-liquid lubrication.
2. Open the exhaust valve to fill the whole pump body with liquid, and close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check whether all parts are normal.
4. The high temperature type should be preheated at a rate of 50 C/h in order to ensure uniform heating of the components.
Starting of gear oil pump:
1. Close the pump outlet valve;
2. Fully open pump inlet valve;
3. Start the motor and observe whether the pump is running normally.
4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to the required working conditions. If the user has a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the pump, the pump should operate at the rated points listed in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user does not have a flow meter or pressure gauge at the outlet of the pump, the motor and electricity of the pump should be measured by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. Flow, so that the motor in the rated current operation, otherwise will cause the pump overload operation (that is, large current operation, until the motor burned out) adjustable outlet valve opening large and small and pipeline conditions related;
5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal, and the leakage of the mechanical seal should be less than 3 drops per minute in normal time.
6. Check the motor, bearing temperature rise is less than 80 C.
Gear oil pump shutdown:
1. Close the outlet pipe valve;
2. Cut off the power supply;
3. Close the inlet pipeline valve;
4. If the gear oil pump is stopped for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be exhausted.
