What is the significance of filtration viscosity of turbine oil?
The viscosity of oil products refers to the index reflecting the flow performance of oil products in laminar flow state. Turbine oil, also known as turbine oil, is the blood circulation system of turbine, which has many similarities with our human blood circulation. With the improvement of people's living standards, there are many new terms: sub-health, three high population and so on. Among them, high blood pressure, high blood fat and high blood sugar are the three high people. The high blood fat causes the high viscosity of the blood. After the high viscosity, it is easy to produce sediment on the inner wall of the blood vessel. The blood oxygen delivery is reduced, which aggravates the burden on the heart. The turbine oil also has the problem of similar viscosity.
The viscosity of turbine oil is calculated by using a special container. The oil quality is at the specified temperature (generally 40 ℃), and the time it takes for the oil to leak out is usually expressed by Engler viscosity. Our turbine oil is generally used as 46 turbine oil, with high viscosity, the oil is thick and not easy to flow; with low viscosity, the oil is thin and easy to flow. When the turbine is just started, the oil is viscous due to the low oil temperature. After the viscosity, the current of the oil pump is large, and the resistance of the system in the oil pipe is also large, so the oil film cannot be established on the bearing bush of the turbine. Therefore, at this time, we often use the oiling cycle to increase the oil temperature to 25-30 degrees or above before we can turn the turbine.
If the oil quality becomes thinner, it is possible that the oil temperature is too high, but this is not common in actual operation, because after the oil temperature is too high, there will not only be an alarm, but also the vibration of the turbine and the abnormal response of the speed control system. At this time, as long as the oil cooler cooling water regulation can solve the problem.
If the problem of oil quality itself becomes thinner, the problem will be much more serious. In daily life, if you have cooking experience, you will have such experience. After a long storage time, lard not only has an unpleasant smell, but also makes lard thinner.
This is also the case with turbine oil. However, we have a term called "emulsification". That is to say, the turbine oil is emulsified, deteriorated and thinned. This "emulsification" also has an index, called demulsification degree. The standard time for demulsification degree of turbine oil is controlled within 60min by the state, but in our actual production requirements, the general execution value is not as low as this, and the demulsification is generally controlled within 15min. The shorter the demulsification time of turbine oil is, the faster the oil and water can be separated in the oil tank after the water enters into the lubricating oil system; otherwise, the oil and water cannot be effectively separated in the oil tank. When the steam enters the lubricating oil system accidentally, the turbine oil with good demulsification performance can make most of the water in the oil tank during the static process, so as to reduce the burden of the oil filter and make the water content in the turbine oil return to normal in a short time.
The main reason for the emulsification and deterioration of the turbine oil is the water leakage in the oil. During the operation of the turbine unit, the main reason for the water inflow in the turbine oil system is the lax shaft seal, the steam leakage of the steam seal, the poor quality of the lubricating oil, and the vacuum degree of the bearing box and the oil tank.
In summary, there are two points that cause the viscosity change of turbine oil: * point is that water enters the oil, and the oil will be acidified if there is water in the oil. Second, air enters the oil and oxidizes the acidified oil, which makes the oil worse. It can be seen that the viscosity of turbine oil is inversely proportional to the degree of demulsification.
By the way, almost ignoring another value may also cause the viscosity of turbine oil to change, that is, the content of particulate impurities in the oil (i.e. oil cleanliness) will also have a certain impact on the viscosity, and the impurities and cleanliness will exceed the standard, so the viscosity will be higher and higher.
Nowadays, the industry advocates energy saving and consumables reduction. If your turbine oil is found to have the above phenomena, do not rush to dispose of the oil as waste oil. Now, power plants will be equipped with coalescence vacuum turbine oil special filter, which can improve the anti emulsification performance of turbine oil, effectively remove mechanical impurities and excess water in the oil, so as to extend its turbine oil Service life of.
