Working principle of crusher:

From large to small, the material enters the first, second and third reaction chambers for repeated crushing until it is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the discharge port. How to maintain the lubrication system of crusher

Note 1: the crusher can be started only after the lubricating system is running and the lubricating oil returns to the oil storage tank.
Note 2: pay attention to the temperature rise of lubricating oil. Whether in winter or summer, the return oil temperature of lubricating oil must be between 39 ℃ - 54 ℃. In this case, it is necessary to select the appropriate type of lubricating oil to ensure the good operation process of crusher. In winter, it is necessary to drain the water in the cooler when parking to prevent solidification.
Note 3: if the filter in the crusher is put into use for the first time, the liquid leakage test shall be carried out. When the valve is opened or closed to control the flow of lubricating oil through the filter in production, it is necessary to prevent the pipeline of the lubrication system from liquid hammer. In production, in order to ensure the efficiency of the filter, when the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter reaches 138kpa, it must be replaced Filter element.
Note 4. In the production of crusher, do not disconnect the power supply of alarm device such as resistance temperature detector and pressure transmitter. If the lubricating pump device needs to be disassembled, all the pressure in the pump needs to be discharged before operation. Note 5: different weather conditions have a great impact on the crusher's work, so different lubricants should be selected according to different seasons. In hot summer, higher viscosity lubricants should be selected, but in cold winter, lower viscosity lubricants should be selected. Of course, the specific requirements of the manufacturer should be referred to when selecting.
Note 6. When the crusher is working, the oil supply pressure of its lubricating oil should be controlled within the range of 0.08-0.2mpa. Otherwise, it will cause great impact on production. For example, if the oil supply pressure is small, it will cause that the lubricating oil fails to reach the corresponding lubricating parts due to insufficient power, and the lubricating effect will not be achieved. If the oil pressure is too large, it will cause the eccentric sleeve of the crusher This phenomenon makes the top of the big gear and the bottom of the bowl shaped tile seat contact and cause mutual wear. If it is serious, it will bring up the straight bushing and cause the straight bushing to break.
Note 7: since lubrication has a great influence on the efficiency and service life of crusher, in order to ensure the effect of lubrication, the lubrication system and crusher can be electrically interlocked. Before starting the machine, the oil pump must be turned on first, otherwise the motor cannot be started. When the oil pump stops or the oil pressure drops to 0.05Mpa, signals will be sent out to stop the motor operation to ensure the crusher The machine parts of are not damaged, ensuring their service life.
