How to reduce the vacuum degree of TYA vacuum oil filter
Vacuum degree refers to the degree of gas thinness in vacuum state. If the pressure in the measured equipment is lower than atmospheric pressure, a vacuum gauge is required for pressure measurement. The value read from the vacuum gauge is called vacuum degree. The value of vacuum degree indicates that the actual value of system pressure is lower than that of atmospheric pressure, that is: vacuum degree = atmospheric pressure - absolute pressure, absolute pressure = atmospheric pressure + gauge pressure (- vacuum degree).
Meaning of other parameters of vacuum oil filter:
The relationship among pressure, absolute pressure, gauge pressure, vacuum degree, vacuum pressure and standard atmospheric pressure.
Air pressure can be measured by pressure, gauge pressure and vacuum.
Absolute pressure: the pressure value starting from absolute vacuum. Generally, it needs to be marked in the lower right corner of the symbol indicating absolute pressure.
Gauge pressure: higher than the local atmospheric pressure. The pressure measured by the pressure gauge is the gauge pressure. The symbol indicating the gauge pressure is generally not marked. If necessary, mark "e", i.e. PE, in the lower right corner. The gauge pressure will change due to the change of local atmospheric pressure.
Vacuum degree: the pressure value lower than the local atmospheric pressure.
Vacuum pressure: the difference between absolute pressure and atmospheric pressure. The vacuum pressure is the same as the vacuum degree, but it should be preceded by a minus sign.
A standard atmospheric pressure is as follows: the atmospheric pressure at sea level with temperature of 0 ℃ and latitude of 45 ℃ is called 1 atmospheric pressure, and the value on the mercury barometer is 760mm high.
How to reduce the vacuum degree of oil filter:
In vacuum oil filter, the stability of vacuum degree is very important. Because the oil in the vacuum oil filter is generally drawn in by the negative pressure of the vacuum pump. The functions commonly used in the oil filter, such as vacuum pumping and vacuum oiling, are closely related to the vacuum stability of the oil filter, which shows how important it is to keep the vacuum stable. In general, in the production process of the oil filter, if the vacuum degree cannot be raised or is unstable, the vacuum oil filter can be overhauled and judged.
1. Check whether the air inlet ball valve is closed correctly.
2. Regular maintenance of vacuum pump is very important. For details, please refer to the attached manual of vacuum pump.
3. Number maintenance pipeline.
4. Add vacuum pump oil to the oil mark.
5. Replace with new oil. The oil used for domestic vacuum pump is different from that used for imported vacuum pump, so it must not be mixed.
6. Run the vacuum pump and check the reading calibration or replacement of the vacuum gauge.
