(3)In the vacuum pump, the vacuum oil is lower than the oil level line. Solution: Increase vacuum oil.
(4)Vacuum oil, because of its long use time and high water content. Solution: New oil needs to be replaced.
Sealing oil leakage at each joint. Solution: Check and repair.
Vulnerable parts of vacuum pump wear heavily. Solution: Replace fragile parts.
2.Working pressure is too high in normal working conditions.
