Cleaning and Replacement of Dust-proof Net of Vacuum Oil Filter

2019/8/1??????view:

  1. Clean the entrance dust-proof filter

  Tools needed:

10mm, 17mm open wrench or socket wrench.

The dirt shield for blocking coarse particles is located at the inlet flange of the pump (7/57). It should be kept clean to avoid a drop in pumping speed.

The dirt shield is composed of two metal screen sieves. The outer screen can be seen when the intake pipeline is removed. If it's only slightly dirty, just remove the dirt from the outside of the network. If the net cover is dirty, remove the import valve orchid. To this end, remove the fastening screw at the top of the cylinder block cover (7/51a-52a), loosen the pump foot at the bottom of the cover (7/94a), and remove the cover.

Remove four screws and remove the intake flange (7/57) and gasket (7/55).

Remove the clasp from the intake flange (7/57). Remove two metal screen sieves and wash them with appropriate solvent.

Reload in reverse order. We recommend replacing the original pad with a new pad (7/55).

  2. Check the anti-return valve

  Tools needed:

10mm, 17mm open wrench or socket wrench.

  Adjustment ring: 71072333

To ensure the normal operation of the pump, keep the anti-return valve clean and clean. If the process gas inhaled by the pump contains a large amount of dust or dirt, we strongly recommend that a dust filter be installed before the pump inlet (see Section 1.4).

  First remove the intake pipe.

Then remove the fastening screw at the top of the cylinder block cover (7/51a-52a), loosen the pump foot at the bottom (7/94a), and remove the cover.

Remove four screws and remove intake flange (7/57) and gasket (7/55).

Remove spring and oil return valve.

If the anti-return valve is too tight, press the spring a little. The upper edge of the anti-ventilation line should be about 1-2 mm from the lower side of the intake port.

Reload the intake. We recommend replacing the new gasket (7/55).

The flat side of the anti-return valve is down.

The large diameter end of the spring is downward and the small diameter end is opposite to the flat side of the anti-return valve. The anti-return oil valve has a ring of sealing line with one side facing up.
